Career: Dermot has extensive experience in private client matters (wills, trusts, tax planning), including property sales and purchases and probate matters, commercial and competition law, banking law, personal injury and commercial litigation, arbitrations, mediations, insurance law, commercial contracts and financial services. He is an experienced advisor on terms and conditions of sales and purchases, IT issues, data protection, product liability, advertising and promotions, intellectual property and a wide range of commercial agreements. .

Trevor Collins
Education:BA LLB, National University of Ireland, Galway. AITI Chartered Tax Advisor.
Career: Qualified as a solicitor in 2007. Admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales (Non-practicing). Qualified as an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor. Joined Kilfeather & Company as an Associate Solicitor in 2014. After qualifying in 2007, Trevor worked as a Solicitor in a large provincial firm in the North West of Ireland where he handled a diverse portfolio of litigation cases and represented clients in courts, tribunals, arbitrations and mediations at all levels. He has extensive experience and advises on all aspects of private client, tax, corporate and commercial work. He has extensive experience in all types of District Court and personal injury litigation, including medical negligence cases. Trevor is an experienced advisor in employment law matters and has particular expertise in dealing with matters relating to whistleblowing legislation (Protected Disclosures Act 2014).
